"In the midst of the Coronavirus Pandemic I can support you by providing a safe and confidential space for you to explore personal challenges you may be experiencing”
“During times like this our world around can appear unfamiliar, unsafe, and even scary. The pressures of social distancing, self- isolation, spending increased time in enclosed spaces with family members, working under intense pressure as key workers, can create anxiety, hopelessness and fear.” “My experience is that when we are struggling it is important to reach out to others, at this time when we are distanced from others it is maybe more important”

ALL ABOUT ROB HUSBAND
" I have experience in creating and holding emotional and thinking spaces where exploration of things that are important to you can happen. My approach is to bring learning from the world of counselling and the world of coaching, working with a balance of exploring past wounds and patterns and looking forward and creating strategies for change and action.
I have been working with people in supporting, coaching and counselling roles for over 30 years. I am a qualified coach and therapist with a CPCAB level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling and an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their Ethical Framework. "
HOW I WORK
I value the tradition of the ‘counselling room’, its privacy and familiarity, I also value the processes of walking and talking, experiencing nature as a place where thoughts and feelings can be explored, or sitting around a fire away from the intensity of an enclosed space. I also know that phone and online spaces can create great places where we can work together. Contact me for an initial conversation about how we might be able to work together
